Possiplex: Ted Nelson autobiography book launch at The Tech Museum

Ted Nelson asked me to organize and MC a book launch party for his new autobiography “POSSIPLEX: Movies, Intellect, Creative Control, My Computer Life and the Fight for Civilization” at The Tech Museum similar to the party we hosted for “The Engelbart Hypothesis: Dialogs with Douglas Engelbart“.

I introduced Ted Nelson to the star-studded audience. Most of the folks there had known Ted for decades and, in fact, invented something of significance themselves (Doug Engelbart, Bill English, Steve Wozniak).

After a riveting reading Ted Nelson signed books and later answered questions.

The party was wonderful and attendees stayed late into the night…enjoying the talk, the refreshments and the opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones.

Ted gave me a copy and can’t wait to read it. Stay tuned for the book review…
